Booking Information
A ticket to Santa’s Rooftop Ramble includes entrance to the Farm, a visit to Santa, the Great North Pole Expedition, Elf Academy and of course, all children (excluding babies in arms) will receive a special gift.
Terms & Conditions of Booking
- Santa’s Rooftop Ramble tickets are non-refundable
- Online bookings only
- You must stick to your arrival time – if you arrive outside your arrival time entrance to the event will not be permitted
- Our online tickets are valid only for the selected event purchased
- Any booking changes will incur an administrative charge of £5.00 per booking
- Online tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain
- Defaced or altered tickets may be void and the holder will be refused admission
- This event can be cancelled or changed with no notice to ensure we comply with government guidelines and regulation relating to COVID-19
- If we cannot provide the event due to a Government lockdown, we will provide a refund.
- You must wear a face mask throughout all the Indoor aspects of the experience
- The time slots for the Santa’s Rooftop Ramble Show and Elf Academy, are not transferable and it is down to the customer(s) to ensure they arrive at the correct time and location for each of these experiences. Failure to do so may result in the customer(s) not being able to participate. No refunds will be issued for missed experiences.
