Important information about your membership
Following the latest government guidance regarding the new rules surrounding covid-19, we wanted to clarify a few things and provide an update on how Mead Open Farm member bookings will operate moving forward.
Most restrictions in the UK have been lifted, including mandatory face coverings and social distancing measures etc. Although we’re pleased to hear this progress, we feel that some of our current procedures not only provide safety and comfort to our staff and visitors but also offer an improved visitor experience.
Taking this into account, please read below to see how your bookings will proceed going forward:
Do I still need to book online?
Yes, all visitors including members, must still book online. We will continue to book timed arrivals to manage the amount of visitors on site and to make your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible.
Will I still be charged a transaction fee?
We’re pleased to let you know that members will no longer be charged a 50p per transaction fee when booking tickets.
How do I book online?
Booking online is simple. Make sure you click ‘tickets for annual membership passholders’ and enter your membership number on checkout.
Will there still be safety precautions in place?
Yes, we will continue to have extra hand-sanitiser/hand-wash stations and we will also operate an increased cleaning schedule. Please find out how we’re keeping you safe here
As always, we thank you for your support and we hope to see you soon!
