What is the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
For standard vehicles of 5 seats, the maximum number of people is 5 for the entry fee of £50 per vehicle (£40 for Members).
We appreciate some households are larger and may have people carriers. If this is the case and you wish to book, please email info@meadopenfarm.co.uk
What are the rules when we are watching the Fireworks?
Our event is designed to be COVID safe and socially distanced. If you want to watch the fireworks outside of your car, you must do so from the near side of your car. (The left side of the car when facing the fireworks).
Please respect your neighbours and have your engines, headlights and radio off.
Please note, there will be flashing lights and noise (don’t worry, the fireworks will take place away from our animals).
Are tickets refundable?
No – sorry, tickets are non-refundable UNLESS Mead Open Farm has to close and cancel the event due to factors outside our control (ie government guidelines). There are no refunds for any other reason and no part refunds can be made on the grounds of weather.
Can I bring my own alcohol and food
No. Please be aware that under no circumstances will you be allowed to enter with your own drinks or food. Guests found to have brought alcohol and or food into the venue will have their items confiscated and asked to leave.
Alcohol is available on site and we operate a challenge 25 policy. Food is also available on the night.
Can I bring a Mini Bus or Coach?
No – unfortunately not. We will admit 5 people only per vehicle. If you have a people carrier, please email as at info@meadopenfarm.co.ukto book.
Is there strobe lighting?
There may be strobe lighting as part of the entertainment.
Is someone doesn't turn up, will we get our money back?
Unfortunately not. The price you pay is per vehicle.
When will my tickets be sent out to me?
They will not. You will receive an email confirmation on booking which will be your tickets.
