Off Peak Ticket are valid Monday to Friday term time only excluding Bank Holidays. Your tickets will also need to be upgraded for the SantaLand event on arrival if you wish to participate. Children need to be accompanied by an adult. An E-ticket is valid for one visit and must be used within 2 months of purchase. No refunds are available for unused tickets and the date cannot be extended. No further promotional vouchers or discounts may be used to purchase E-tickets. The credit or debit card to purchase the tickets must be bought with you on the day of your visit, together with a print out of your E-ticket.
