Standard Day Tickets need to be purchased for visits during weekends, all bank holidays and Bedfordshire school holidays (which are 13-17 February, 2-13 April, 4-8 June, 24 July-3 September, 29 October-2 November 2012). Your tickets will need to be upgraded for the December SantaLand event on arrival if you wish to participate. Children need to be accompanied by an adult. An E-ticket is valid for one visit and must be used within 2 months of purchase. No refunds are available for unused tickets and the date cannot be extended. No further promotional vouchers or discounts may be used to purchase E-tickets. The credit or debit card to purchase the tickets must be bought with you on the day of your visit, together with a print out of your E-ticket.
