The family Halloween Event at Mead Open Farm, aptly called Freaky Fortnight, is famous!

Fancy Dress Competitions. How good is your ghoul, ghost or witch outfit? During half term, enter our fancy dress competition, with prizes to win.

Haunted Castle. Only for the brave! Expect spooky stage sets, cobwebs and plenty of surprises. Plus at the weekends and during half term, the ghouls will be waiting for you! Arghhhhhh!

Phantom Trailer Ride. A tractor and trailer ride with a difference. Following a special route for Freaky Fortnight, there’s plenty of extra surprises.

Creepy Tots Corner and Scarecrow Shack. Especially for younger visitors, Creepy Tots Corner ensures Halloween fun for all (without the scares and thrills!). Whilst the gentle spooky fun continues in the Scarecrow Shack.

Pumpkin carving for just £3! Always a Halloween favourite. Avoid the mess at home and carve your own pumpkin at Mead Open Farm or take your pumpkin home to carve.

Hunt for Witches. Can you find all the witches hidden around Mead Open Farm. If you can, you’ll earn a treat!

Field of Terror. Gulp! Walk through the Field of Terror and find scary stage sets around every corner.
